Maison Armand Jonckers
Boulevard de Waterloo 11
The Maison Armand Jonckers is first of all a family story that unites two generations of creators. From design to production in the Ixelles workshop, Alexandra, Grégoire and Armand Jonckers produce exclusive, inspired pieces, hand-crafted works of art that combine refined metals, precious minerals, colored resins and embossed objects. For nearly 60 years, the house has collaborated with great decorators and architects. From New York to the United Arab Emirates, from Brussels to Paris, the signature of the Maison Armand Jonckers is recognized by its collectors.
Maison Manalys has entered a new collaboration. Together with artist Jean-Luc
Moerman, it presents an elegantly designed bracelet, a sober but forceful vision on luxury, with the artist’s drawings as a tattoo on the jewel. The bronze bracelet is being offered in a limited edition of eight copies.
The universe of this Belgian jeweller has always been influenced by the art world and this is not Manalys’ first artistic creative endeavour. Last year, the master jeweller unveiled a surprising piece in collaboration with typographer Denis Meyers: an 18-
carat gold bracelet auctioned for the benefit of the Fonds Erasme.
This year, Manalys will also present pieces by Maison Armand Jonckers, as part of the Uptown Design route. With its rough aesthetics and noble materials, the brand is celebrating triumphs in Brussels, Paris, New York, Kinshasa, etc.
